This Advanced DevOps position will be part of the Automotive and Energy Solutions (AES) group of Keysight Technologies.  AES solutions focus on the emerging markets related to automotive and energy including energy storage, grid-edge technologies, power semi-conductor, and electric vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have experience as both a DevOps Engineer and Software Developer.  The primary objective of this position is to support and accelerate the time to market of AES software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop cutting edge software solutions that directly solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities: 

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
• Develop, test and implement new software designs.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Work with marketing and customers to identify and define compelling solutions.
• Demonstrate passion for learning and seek development opportunities for self and team.

Job location: Loveland, CO. with opportunity to work remotely.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, Linux, and Git.
• Experience in software build/release and configuration management.
• Knowledge in cloud deployment and container technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able legally work in the U.S. without requiring present/future sponsorship for employment.

Desired:

• Experience in modern object-oriented software design methodologies and Agile practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, BlackDuck, Kubernetes, React, MongoDb, AWS, .Net
• Willingness/desire for global travel to provide technical support for direct customer engagements.
