A word from the team:

We are looking for a strong colleague who could help us build the whole DevOps and Operations future of Oxylabs. Going forwards there’s a lot of challenges. We are growing quickly and some approaches need to be defined, some need to be redefined. For example what people structures and ways of working would work best for us to do great engineering. How can we build a great public and private cloud experience? What technologies should we use and how?  There's a lot of space to show your talents, grow as a specialist and grow into future roles as well.

Your day-to-day:

    • Maintain current product infrastructure.
    • Participate in building Private/Public Cloud based platforms.
    • Closely collaborate with developers to support their needs.
    • Proactively analyse systems, champion necessary system improvements.
    • Support development teams, address their needs while bringing back items for DevOps mindset driven self-service future. 
    • Mentor, coach peers in both technical and engineering topics. 
    • New ideas & projects are always welcome!

Your skills & experience:

    • Strong IT fundamentals (networking, OS, virtualisation, security, data management, programming, scripting and cloud computing ).
    • Experience in designing, planning, delegating work and maintaining projects.
    • Experience in creating and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in large scale environments.
    • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD automation using GitLab CI or similar technologies.
    • Expertise with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.).
    • Experience in design and implementation of successful automations (IaC, Helm, Self-developed).

    • Nice to have:
    • Experience with public or private cloud based systems (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenStack etc.)
    • Leadership in driving DevOps projects or owning whole areas and implementing across teams
    • Mentorship and coaching experience.
    • Project development experience with Go, Python or other programming languages.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 3600 - 7400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
