What You'll Do:
- Spearhead the design and implementation of our micro-frontends architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
- Define and enforce front-end architectural standards, best practices, and tooling.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to front-end development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor and coach other front-end engineers, promoting their technical growth and development.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in our front-end development processes and tooling.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on architecture and building complex, large-scale web applications.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining micro-frontends architectures in a production environment.
- 3+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments.
- Proactive approach with the ability to organize self and work effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for building high-quality, user-centric web applications.
