Overview:
Implementation Specialists/ Implementation Specialist - Card Services are responsible for executing solution and application implementations for both existing and new customers. They typically manage implementations of smaller, less complex solutions and/or projects for smaller customers. These projects may include new system conversions, cross-sell opportunities, or mergers that are relatively low in intensity. Key responsibilities include customer data conversion, system configuration, go-live transitions, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and interact effectively with customers, ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
Introduce customers to their CSI solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
Define implementation requirements and ensure alignment with each customer’s functional expectations.
Stay informed about relevant products and enhancements to maintain expertise for successful training and conversions.
Perform system testing, review technical specifications, and validate debit card processing configurations.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in technical payments, customer service, and debit card processing.
Experience reviewing technical specifications and conducting testing for debit cards.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and drive results.
Capable of managing direct bank contact and end-to-end project ownership.
Flexible with work schedules, including availability outside typical work hours.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Travel:
Minimal travel required.
