On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their innovative team in Amsterdam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of sustainable home energy solutions and make a real impact on climate change.

Job Description

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will:
  • Work on the backend of apps and interfaces for customers, installers, and internal teams
  • Connect to various cloud data sources and APIs, helping to architect the best infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
  • Integrate with databases, third-party APIs, libraries, and SDKs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues
  • Work with testing to ensure application stability and reliability
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and team growth


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in developing and deploying APIs in Node/Typescript
  • Understanding of web and mobile application architecture, including performance optimization and scalability
  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs, libraries, and SDKs
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Minimum C1 level fluency in English
