ReonicReonic is on a mission to simplify renewable technology sales and management with our software solutions, covering solar, storage, charging, and heat pumps. What You’ll Do
Lead Development Efforts: Drive the design and implementation of sophisticated, feature-rich frontends for our B2B SaaS platform.
Create Exceptional User Experiences: Build intuitive and responsive interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. You'll build great new features to win new markets (France, Italy, ...), and excite our 500+ customers with your attention to detail.
Ship features that have an instant impact.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with team members to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions.
Mentor and Innovate: Guide junior team members, advocate for engineering best practices, and identify opportunities to optimize our development processes.
Influence Product Direction: Contribute strategic input to our roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend engineering, preferably in React.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and guide team members in a collaborative environment.
Technical Excellence: Deep understanding of TypeScript, component-based architecture, and modern UI/UX principles.
Product Mindset: A passion for crafting solutions that delight customers and drive measurable business outcomes.
Startup Experience: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
Renewable Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in clean energy solutions and sustainability.
