SSE is a leading technology company serving St. Louis, MO and Jacksonville, FL for over 30 years.

We are seeking a Tier 3 Project Engineer to join our team in our St. Louis, MO location. 

The primary responsibility is implementing new technology for new and existing clients. The right candidate will show a focus on communication, planning, customer service and customer care, and grow technically within a company that places technical service, customer-first interaction and delivery as its most critical success measure.

Essential Job Functions / Skills:

• Project planning and implementation experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Deliver solutions based on established practices and procedures
• Able to work when required with minimal supervision, but willing to additionally work in and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Strong consulting skills and ability to develop and clearly present solutions
• Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Servers, Microsoft O365/Exchange & Cisco Meraki Networking

• Configure & Deploy new Dell servers w/ Windows Server OS
• Configure & Deploy Microsoft Hyper-V, storage arrays and clusters environments
• Configure & Deploy Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Configure & Deploy Microsoft application and service such as Exchange, Azure, Office365 and SQL
• Configure & Deploy Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and WAPs or similar

• Bachelor or Associates degree in related field preferred
• 5+  years network or systems administration experience
• Previous work experience with a Managed Service Provider is a plus
