As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the BSG organization. Your responsibilities will span technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision.

In this role, you will manage, promote strategy, and serve as the subject matter expert for actionable and insightful business analysis and reporting across BSG. You’ll interface with business, system owners, and users to develop best practices for multi-disciplinary dashboarding and reporting.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for managing the reporting systems infrastructure and software in accordance with industry standards for software development and systems management. 
You’ll bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic vision, driving impactful insights for the organization.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Manage, promote, and execute strategy: You’ll be the subject matter expert for actionable and insightful business analysis and reporting across BSG.
Interface with stakeholders: Collaborate with business, system owners, and users to develop best practices for multi-disciplinary dashboarding and reporting.
Unified reporting vision: Develop and implement a strategic vision for unifying reporting across systems and data sources.
End-to-end data processes optimization
Redesign and monitor BSG end-to-end data processes, including sourcing, cleaning, transforming, and modelling data.
Ensure seamless data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, modelling, and reporting.
Act as a front-line contact for data delivery support and troubleshoot technology and business problems.
Drive Growth and Operational Efficiency
Generate actionable reports and provide actionable insights to improve retention, monetization, and acquisition.
Initiate business and data processes changes to increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education:
Relevant degrees (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Hadoop, Tableau, SAS, and other scripting/programming languages and reporting tools: PowerBI, SFDC, Clari.

Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
At least 5 years of significant experience in data analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence in a professional environment.
