team and work with us on current security topics
- You will be responsible for
defining, developing and implementing our cybersecurity training portfolio
worldwide
- In close professional exchange
with internal colleagues, you will continuously analyze the current
security situation, the latest developments in the market, and the
respective training needs of our various internal target groups for cyber
and information security
- You will develop new training
products and training courses in various classic and innovative learning
formats to meet training needs, update existing ones and measure their
effectiveness
- You will be responsible for the
implementation of our trainings globally, hold your own trainings and
train selected colleagues as internal trainers for our topics
- You will learn from excellent
colleagues and can make use of various training offerings to extend your
skills and keep them up to date
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in IT,
security, communication, marketing, education, or related topic
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Dependable, cooperative working style with robust project management
skills
- Creativity and experience with training formats beyond PowerPoint
presentations
- Inspiring presenter, able to simplify technical topics for non-technical
people
- Good at analyzing and structuring data and learning content
- Experienced in MS Office applications, SharePoint and social media
- Fluent in German and English language, Cybersecurity certifications would
be a plus

Full-time
occupation is preferred, but part-time (at least 80%) or job sharing would be
