As an Electrical Engineering Intern you will work with the Altas Electrical Engineering team to help design, build, and troubleshoot compact electrical systems in robots.

How you will make an impact:
Work within a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to help design and support complex robotic systems
Assist with the design, prototyping, and testing of various circuit boards and electromechanical subassemblies
Troubleshoot and root cause challenging electrical and systems problems
We are looking for:
Actively pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
Familiarity with reading schematics and circuit fundamentals
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Python or MATLAB
Experience working hands-on with electronics and related lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and soldering equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience using schematic capture and PCB layout software
Experience with microcontrollers
Experience with power electronics - switching converters, motor drives etc.
