As part of the Mercedes-Benz Digital Hub strategy, you will support projects in the areas of transformation, international cooperation, leadership, organizational development and consulting.
Comprehensive market analyzes and trend observations will give you solid insights every day.
Leadership, strategy and transformation workshops will be prepared, supported and carefully documented by you.
You will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in a global context.
You support managers in the successful implementation of organizational development measures.
You study economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program and are at least in the 4th semester.
Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in the areas of strategy, organizational development, consulting or transformation.
Your strong team skills, clear and open communication, as well as pragmatic, organized and independent working methods characterize you.
With your quick grasp and strong analytical skills, you can quickly find your way around a dynamic environment.
You are familiar with the use of common MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
