The Impact of a Lead Mobile Development Engineer at Coupa:


Coupa’s mobile Engineers create our best-in-class User Interface by contributing to the development of Coupa’s mobile app product for Android and iOS, finding creative and elegant solutions to complex problems while collaborating closely with product managers, User Experience (UX) designers, and development teams to help drive standardization of user interface patterns and champion best practices.

What you will do:
  • As a Mobile Lead Engineer you will be a part of a team developing software using React Native (RN), iOS, and Android to build our Coupa Mobile App with ease of use for our customers. 
  • You will be a key contributor on complex projects and initiatives while developing new concepts, methods and techniques.


What you will bring to Coupa:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience with mobile app development using Android and/or iOS
  • 4+ years of experience with React Native is required
  • Understanding of mobile app standards, cross-platform compatibility and performance
  • 8+ years of experience with building responsive pages with usability in mind
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a globally distributed team while having a growth-oriented mindset

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:


•Based in Bay Area, California: $183,600 - 216,000

•Based in Colorado: $149,600 - 176,000

•Based in New Jersey: $174,250 - 205,000

•Based in New York: $174,250 - 205,000

•Based in Seattle, Washington: $158,525 - 186,500


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
