Supports large scale firmware CI/CD process, tools, and methodologies throughout the firmware development life cycle. Architect, implement, manage, and deploy containerized environment to large scale clients worldwide. Architect, implement and manage large scale Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) process, tools, automation, and pipelines for Marvell's SMS firmware. Setup and manage various tools, infrastructure, and cloud computing for SMS firmware development, such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Klocwork, ELK, Docker, Artifactory. Understand the requirements for each firmware project and support special pipelines for the firmware project and customers’ needs. Lead and work together in a team to design and develop software features to enhance firmware CI/CD and test management system in Jenkins. Implement Jenkins CI pipelines and jobs to support firmware projects/teams. Architect, implement, improve and maintain Jenkins library, which is used by all firmware projects. Participate in design and code reviews. Design the process of firmware compilations, firmware test, firmware tools and application servers. Mentor DevOps engineers and build & release engineers. Support Marvell’s customers in answering queries about Jenkins and the CI/CD process. Identify and document requirements for CI/CD tools and applications. Identify the severity and priority of requests. Identify the requirements of request and define the process to fulfill the requirements. Maintain and upgrade Jenkins master and Jenkins plug-ins for security purposes. Work closely with firmware developers, firmware test engineers, and firmware architects to gather compilation and test process requirements to implement firmware project pipelines. Wage $168,000.00 – $198,000.00 per year. Telecommuting is permitted.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include five (5) years with each of the following:
• Enterprise DevOps and configuration management.
• Large scale continuous integration/delivery process, specifically in Jenkins.
• ELK, Kubernetes, Docker, JFrog, and Klocwork.
• Debugging Kubernetes cluster, ELK, Klocwork, and JFrog in Linux environment.
• SSD firmware development.
• Python, Groovy, Yaml and Monitoring system programming.
• Development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administrations and DevOps toolchains.
• Build & Test Automation.
