Boston Dynamics is looking for a talented, self-motivated, and hands-on Research Intern - Wireless Networks, to explore WiFi sensing applications in robotics and enhance our robot communications software stack. You will work with a team of connectivity and cloud software engineers and help advance the state-of-art in robotics communications.

Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and warehouse logistics.

Desired skills:

  • Actively pursuing a Masters or PhD Program in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or Robotics

  • Direct experience with Channel State Information (CSI) based WiFi Sensing

  • Hands-on coding experience in C++, Python, Golang, or Bash scripts

  • Good knowledge of Linux networking, wireless drivers and firmware

  • Past publications related to Wireless Sensing or Networking in well-recognized conferences or journals

  • Experience in defining research problems, conducting literature reviews, and working independently with hardware and software
