You regularly prepare project plans.
Meetings such as Daily Scrums and Reviews are organized by you.
Occasionally, you conduct meetings and follow up on them.
You send mailings to the project staff for special queries.
You will support the team in creating reports.
You automate queries in tools like Jira to make reporting more efficient.
You are an enrolled student of computer science, business administration, industrial engineering, media informatics or a comparable course of study.
You have very good communication skills to communicate regularly with customers and moderate meetings.
You have knowledge of Office tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Teams.
You use web tools like Mural skillfully.
Ideally, you also have experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Remote work is possible with us, but you should be able to be on site weekly if necessary.
To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly. In coordination with your team and your contact person, you also have the opportunity to work remotely. In addition, almost all of our positions are suitable for part-time work.
